Terms of Service

Studio H Designs LLC/Sadie L. Harper, M.S. CPRW provide interior design, décor, remodeling/renovation, and consulting services as described herein only and, while we will use our best professional efforts in working with Client, make no guarantees or warranties either expressed or implied, orally or in writing as to the usability or feasibility for a particular purpose. Any disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, jurisdiction of Wake County and will be settled by binding arbitration. 

Client understands they enter into this relationship with Studio H Designs LLC on an exclusive basis regarding design, décor, consulting, furnishings and fixtures purchases, and/or remodeling or renovation services as agreed to in written communications and services agreements. Studio H Designs LLC understands that, in the process, we may have access to proprietary information relating to Client’s home or personal life, and we agree to receive and hold all such proprietary information in strict confidence unless required to disclose during a judicial proceeding.

Items purchased or installed on behalf of Client subject to manufacturer or installer warranties and return policies (if any), and Client understands Studio H Designs LLC does not warranty any materials. We endeavor to provide efficient services, to remain within established timelines and budgets, and to make every effort to deliver in a timely manner, absent exigent circumstances, emergencies, or acts of God.

Client understands Studio H Designs LLC may use materials developed as our work product for our website, social media, and portfolio purposes (including but not limited to sketches, renderings, design plans, specifications, and photography), omitting identifying details wherever possible to protect confidentiality.

These terms subject to change based in Studio H Designs LLC’s sole discretion, and additional service terms may apply.
